How to Use
Drop 1 Fast&Up Reload effervescent tablet into 250 ml of drinking water.
Allow the tablet to fizz and dissolve completely. It generally dissolves in approximately 60 seconds.
Once dissolved, stir if required and drink.
For best taste, use chilled water.
