How to Use
Drink one full 70 ml shot daily, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Wait approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before consuming food, water or other beverages.
Use for 14 consecutive days. The manufacturer recommends repeating the regimen after a gap of approximately 2–3 months, if required.
For individuals experiencing chronic constipation, the manufacturer recommends taking the shot approximately 30 minutes after dinner.
